Michael Vick toasted

Michael Vick was sentenced yesterday for 23 months. He started his time early in Virginia college. Michael Vick apologized for his behavior and to his fans. The prosecutors said when he entered the plea agreement that he would only serve 12-18 months in prison. He is looking like he will be spending more time than that in prison. Michael Vicks co-defendants received less time than that in prison. Vick lied about his role in dog fighting which lasted for six years. One of the prosecutors asked if the judge could sentence Vick on the high-end. Vick could be spending jail time in Virginia after this sentence is over he has some months for Virginia. My thoughts on this is that he deserves to be locked up. I would not like if some one torched and killed my dog just for a couple of quick bucks. Michael Vick deserves the harshest of punishment not the easy side of the bargain because he is a superstar.

“5 inmates Killed When Mortar Shells Hit Prison”
►Mortar shells crashed into an Iraqi prison that involves the major government complex yesterday, landing in a cellblock and killing at least 100 percent of the cell inmates. The US military said an “industrial structure accident” caused the fire at dora refinery structure at baghtdad. But the chief Iraqi military spokeman, brig. Qassim al-Moussawi, said a rocket struck a storage tank, triggering the blaze. The attack on the prison was part of an increasing in violent incident which have included mortar or rocket fire on the U.S.-controlled Green Zone throughout the city during the past few days.
►I don’t agree because the USA military I perceive its laying.
►I also don’t agree because the army its saying that was an ‘accident’ but the chief of Iraq its saying it was a rocket tank.
►I also don’t agree because there was 5 deaths and they are also humans.
►I think the most interesting fact that impact me its that the U.S. military its laying.

Source;; San Diego Union Tribune
Article;; Jane Doe Mystery: A sad said note in serial killer’s trial.
Summary;; This morning’s blog is based on the article I read in the newspaper about a Canadian serial killer, Robert Willie Pickton. Willie was sentenced yesterday for the second-degree murders of six women. He was originally accused of owning a farm, killing women, and slaughtering them in his farmhouse. But the funny part is, that a women by the name of Jane Doe was also one of the women he was accused of killing. But the interesting part is that, her bones were found buried in the farmhouse. So Willie was charged with her death but it was quickly dropped because police were unable to determine who the victim was or where she came from. Willie chose his victims from the drug infested poor Downtown. He got the women to come over willingly because he promised free drugs and money. The family of the women that ended up living in these streets were not cared about. So when they found about the women, most families did not care and were not surprised.
Reflection;; I don’t understand the point of this article but it was interesting. As for the women, well, that’s called karma. Living that kind of life and thinking someone is going to give you drugs, food, and money for free; that’s called stupidity. I think they got what they deserved. Willie got time and those women probably put everyone that loved them through hell.

- The san Diego union tribune
- Colorado missionary center called common denominator in slayings
- The TEXT that I read today was about two slayings that occurred in Colorado. The gunman believed to have killed four people at a mega church and a missionary training school. He had been thrown out of the school a few years ago and had been sending it hate mail. This was reported by the police in court papers yesterday. The gunman was identified as Mathew Murray he was 24. he was home schooled in what a friend said was a deeply religious households. Murrays father is a neurologist and leading multiple-sclerosis researcher. Five people including Murray were killed.
- I think that this a crazy article. These are the types of things a crazy white man will do.
- One interesting thing that I learned

Music is said to be consumed in every human culture. Since thousands of years ago music has been identified to be around human activities. Scientists have experimented the relationship between the human brain and music. At the earliest ages of development as an embryo is kept inside the womb, it has been verified that music can be a significance that becomes familiar to the young infant, the first time it has been heard. At the age of 5 months a human is able to remember specific songs and can tell when a note or chord is done incorrectly. No other specie is said to be capable of maintaining a favorite song in mind and sing with near-perfect pitch and tempo. Humans use music as a structure of collectively and individually, in ways that are just beginning to be perceived by scientists, in matters never thought or concluded before that led to be understood. Most of the population of human race are found to contain some sort of impact on music that produces a mental connection to music. How and why humans invented music, will be a debate that will probably never be solved. But it is especially evident that humans where who created music, whether if the got the idea from animals who sing little songs or not. Music was produced by humans form and thinking a hypothesis and solution. Everyone listens to music and it is placed every where and arouses all our interests.

Today’s article was on another shooting but this one occurred In Colorado Springs, Colorado. The gunman identified as Matthew Murray was 24 years old, court papers said that his reason for the 2 separate shootings were because he had been kicked out of a missionary school, they also said that he had been sending hate mail for a while. A friend of his also added that in house they were very religious, he came out of a Christian house hold. The first shooting took place at “Youth With a Mission” a church were they would train missionaries in the Denver suburb of Arvada: the other shooting took place at the “New Life Church” in Colorado springs were Murray was killed by a security guard but they also believe that he might of shot himself and died. The shootings were 12 hours and 65 miles apart. The total of casualties was 5 including Murray and 5 wounded. His parents stated that they were baffled for the actions Murray took and don’t understand why he took that approach. “Youth With a Mission” said that the reason for him being kicked out was do to health problems that kept him from meeting their expectations. One law enforcement official said that it seemed ass Murray hated Christians.
Just yesterday I experienced a shooting in my neighborhood no one was killed but it happened way to close to me and it was a first. Actions like this prove to me that no matter were your at danger is always around the corner. These things come to me as a surprise because you don’t know what to expect and when to expect it and you never know who it’ll be.

** mis. j i mest up & posted the same one twice but this is my tues blog.
An illegal mother from Mexico who has been living here with her husband and kids for ten years. Goes thru a hard making decision. Her father recently died in Mexico City and the women Maria Guadalupe Beltran mother of four all under the age of 8, had to decide whether to go back to Mexico to visit her father for her last goodbye or to stay here. Maria consisted in convincing her husband to let her go, but her husband told her that she needed to derive a good decision, since it is easier to cross into Mexico, but extremely difficult to cross back into the United States. Maria and her husband came to the United States to make money, so that they could build there house in Mexico, and then later once it’s finished move back with their kids. There main goal her in the US was to construct a better life for their family. Felipe Mercado Maria’s husband said that her plans to cross to Mexico were to go and take her two kids a boy of 8 moths who is still breast feeding and her little girl of 5 yrs old, and her brother as well would go along with the three. Since both of her kids are US Citizen they would be easily crossed in car by another family member. Then Maria and her brother would cross back led by a coyote who had a strategy to come into the US. Maris had spent two weeks in Mexico, and was to return on Oct 21 when the wild fires had started. She and her brother would cross the Tecate border and walk a 7 hour long trail. Her husband was aware that she would be on her way on Sunday but had not heard any news from her. Mercado had called the number that the coyote had gave him. A lady had told him that she knew nothing only that there were fires in the hills but that they would still be able to make it. Mercado waited a significant amount of time estimating how long she would make it in. but then as her heard nothing from his wife and brother in law called a agency that helps the border in occasions like these. Later he was called in to identify some bodies that where found and where staying at the UCSD hospital, he recognized the first person who was his brother in law. But the second person was unrecognized, until he saw a white toenail and indicated that it was his wife. Both his brother in law and the wife are in critical conditions at UCSD, but Mercado knows that his wife is strong and will make it threw.
